Use this killer cardio workout routine to help you burn fat all over. It only takes a few minutes a day.

Treadmill:
2 minutes, incline 2.0, speed 3.0-3.5
1 minute, incline 3.0, speed 3.5-4.0
2 minute, incline 4.0, speed 4.0
1 minute, incline 15.0, speed 2.5-3.5
2 minutes, incline 10.0, speed 2.5-3.5
1 minute incline 8.0, speed 3.5-4.0
2 minutes incline 7.0, speed 3.5-4.0
4 minutes incline 10.0, 2.5-3.5
Bonus routine
Repeat 1-2 more times
